Paddy Power Onside – Shop App

Absolutely awful to use, repeatedly stuck on ‘updating app settings’ then when I finally get into it I cannot login to my account. I attempted multiple times the ‘forgot password’ option.. received the sms code, entered it and then nothing would happen, it would just crash. Rubbish!

The new app is awful compared to the previous one, at least in the old one you could look at race fields & study horses but the new one has none of those features after many more sadly. Really disappointed.

The app gas stopped working nearly 2 weeks. Paddypower is doing nothing to rectify the situation or an acknowledgement that there is a problem. I’m not using Paddypower until this app is fixed.

Great app for tracking my shop bets on the go.

Home page has plenty of competitions which have ended months ago, so the links are just taking up space. For example Last man standing and Streaks For the past two weeks it’s impossible to cash out bets and stamps aren’t being applied to accounts in terms of loyalty free bets. Customer care don’t have a clue what is going on and just say it’s under investigation through the suppliers of the App

Great App! Free timeform content dead handy for Cheltenham and great to know daily shop offers before I get there..
