Padlet itself is great and it very useful in the classroom. The application works upon downloading. After the initial use of the application, it shows just a white screen.

It works like a piece of paper. We give you an empty page - a padlet - and you can put whatever you like on it. Drag in a video, record an interview, snap a selfie, write your own text posts or upload some documents, and voilà! A padlet is born. Use our new menu to invite others to view and edit your padlets. Share across social platforms.
ClassKit integration makes it easier for teachers to share and track their students when working on padlets. Teachers can create handouts that include a padlet and then share the assignment to their respective classes. The students are then able to open the padlet from the SchoolWork app and start work on their assignments right away. Teachers will be able to see who has opened the assignment, how long they have worked on the assignment, and whether or not they have completed their work.

I paid for two months subscription and all I can create is 5 padlets????
I have been contacting helpdesk and still no action at all!!!
UNBELIEVABLY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Padlet is incredibly simple and easy to use, with the potential to be truly helpful to people in the education sector, especially at a time like this. Only if they had a helpful customer service. Any paid subscription ought to deliver at the very least, acceptable customer service and the willingness to work with customers to help achieve our goals. We pay for subscription and services because we expect them to help us in our endeavors. I emailed them to remove my organization and asked for options to keep my content (a downgrade request). I didnt get a reply for 3 days (too long of a time frame for a first reply). And what I got? My subscription was canceled and payment refunded WITHOUT warning or even the slightest hint of wanting to help. I didnt even ask for a refund and I wasn’t asked if I was okay with losing my data. The worst of all - all my padlets were deleted when I clearly and specifically mentioned on my email that I need a heads up if they will have to delete them. DO NOT pay for services who are not willing to offer an acceptable level of support. You'll be wasting your money.
