I can login on my iphone using safari browser with no problem. Tried to use pp app and login fails stating incorrect info.
Website not much better. Couldn’t cancel auto-refill on website. Had to call cust svc. App hasn’t worked for over a year.
Don’t let the poor review of the app lead you to believe that Page Plus Cellular service is also bad. I just finished an online chat session with the customer service rep who was very helpful. My problem is with the app. Despite the fact I am able to sign into their website with no problem, I can’t get signed into the app. The credentials that I used to sign into the website should be the same credentials that I used to sign into the app and they’re not working. This bug needs to be fixed.
App don’t work. Website works but app won’t let me log in. And when checking password the email prompt won’t send me an email so I can change my password Frustrating

I can’t imagine a worse user experience than being unable to log into the app.
IOS app won’t take my credentials, the same credentials that work on the web page. On both iPhone and iPad. The Android app flat-out disappeared from the play store, too. Page Plus is owned by Tracfone, which is now owned by Verizon. I hope service improves. They have good plans and reception for our needs. I use PinZoo to refill Page Plus, to avoid dealing with the web page or credit card mis-charges.
It’s impossible to get auto refill to work. This app never lets me login. It’s the biggest inconvenience having to renew manually every single month.
1) This company customer service couldn’t do their job if they tried. They are so rude. 2) The company messes up your credit card payment for auto payment all the time to get you give you your credit card over the phone. Nope don’t do it! Make them get you on the Internet site to pay. 3) They expect its ok for you to be stuck on the phone for 3 to four hours to fix their mistakes and be happy about it. Not a fan. 4) If you give a bad review on the App Store they have ways to delete the bad review. 5)This company knows how many problems they have and don’t teach their customer service people correctly on how to handle anything.
