Am fost super încântată de app ,o folosesc din 2017 dar în ultimul timp am multe probleme cu actualizarea facturilor,furnizorii.
O aplicație foarte utilă
O folosesc de aproape 5 ani și apreciez că am toți furnizorii în același loc, iar din 2 clickuri facturile sunt plătite. Transferul către ei se face rapid, customer support e prompt și bine pregătit. Bonus primesc și puncte pentru fiecare plată. Experiența în aplicație e faină, totul se mișcă lin (nu ca în aplicațiile furnizorilor), plățile sunt securizate. Mă bucur că există o astfel de aplicație. 🙏🏻
Works, but became increasingly annoying
I wish there was a way to stop the “pago points collect animation” or disable pago points completely since it takes so long and they have almost no value regardless. 1 year of using the app and I have less than 1 euro in pago points. I dont care about the cashback, I just want a fast way to pay my bills. Adding insult to the injury, the bill scan screen became even worse. Who took the decision to have a fixed landscape screen in a portrait app, I dont know. Why not make it autorotate and guide the user to rotate the phone if he needs to get closer? Plus, there is now a confirmation screen I also need to dismiss if I want to pick a screenshot from my gallery. Just… why? I am wondering if you have the analytics to back up the need for creating such a screen. Edit: the last update now forces the gallery app to be landscape too!! Its even harder now to pick a bill from screenshots. Uninstalled.

Probleme de deschidere
Am întâmpinat probleme în a deschide aplicația în ultima perioadă. Astăzi îmi zice ca nu am conexiune la internet. Am făcut update la aplicație și acum rămâne blocată în pagina de încărcare.

Am mai multe apartamente iar Pago mã ajutã sã plãtesc toate facturile cu un singur click (si sa le vizualizaz, dacã vreau)! Are integrare cu toti furnizorii de servicii, si functioneaza impecabil.
