Pak identity is NADRA’s Online identity issuance service for Pakistani citizens that provides an end-to-end solution for applying for identity card. NADRA has launched this app to facilitate Pakistani citizens to apply for following identity documents

Functionalities:
• Account creation with email, mobile number and biometric verification.
• User login through biometrics (Fingerprints / Facial)
• User-based inbox with a list of all applications
• Interactive data acquisition
• ICAO-based photograph capture through the mobile camera.
• Fingerprints acquisition through mobile camera
• Digital signature capture through the mobile touchscreen
• Document upload through both mobile cameras and by uploading files
• Attester verification through OTP

Problems for new NICOP application
Trying to apply a NICOP for my newborn. The application always asks for a live picture and shows error. They should have added a browse option to upload photo for at least new NICOP applications.

La vérification de l'empreinte digitale ne marche pas, j'ai toute essayer, les 2 pouce, les 2 main rien de fonctionne. C'etait mieux avant quand on devais faire des demande en ligne c'etait plus facile, vraiment cette application mobile c'est nul

I cannot change the type of application because it is predefined in conversion although I would like to be able to do a renewal how I can correct this.
