Worst ever experience of ‘Sell it for me’ service
Few weeks ago I bought Pakwheel ‘Sell it for me’ (SIFM) service. Soon after making the payment I realised that I have made a mistake. Their attitude before payment was forthcoming but after the payment they showed the actual face. They didn’t post my ad for 3 days after car inspection/ sharing of car documents, contrary to their claim of 1 day. I wanted to sell my car fast as I was moving to a new place and couldn’t handle the calls, but they didn’t care. I reminded them repeatedly in the WhatsApp group made for my car but no one in the group bothered to answer my queries and reminders. I lodged complaints 3/4 times on their website/ email ID and only then they used to reply in whatsapp group. At last they posted the ad which was not at all satisfactory. Car inspection report was good but ad was very sketchy. They uploaded pictures which were not appealing. I requested to change few pictures and add some more details to the description which they didn’t add. They told me that someone will contact me to discuss this and I would receive complaint form which I never received till today. At last I had to request them to remove my ad, which was done again after repeated reminders. Now my ad is no more online and I was not at all contacted to resolve the issue, nor I was given the refund. So the amount is wasted. I have checked their website but probably they don’t give an option to post negative feedback, so I posted the feedback here. I can’t comment on other promotional services of Pakwheels but be mindful before buying SIFM. I feel like being scammed. Good luck
