Paleo Plate

Not all recipes have complete instructions. Current meal I’m making has about 6 ingredients not mentioned in the directions and because it’s an unfamiliar dish, it leaves me guessing or going elsewhere to find the answer. Weird!

Do not buy this app if looking for a paleo food list. There are multiple errors on this list which I found out from having adverse reactions to certain foods. I couldn’t figure out why until I double-checked certain foods on other lists.

I’m just getting started with Paleo. I think this is gonna be very helpful.

Tried one recipe so far. Found the proportions to be so far off I wondered if the one who wrote it actually made the dish. I think whoever writes these needs to triple check them before posting. Highly inaccurate.

I downloaded app seen what the recipes where like. It states purchase for “more” recipes., which I did. It still only gives the same recipes, not more after purchase. Disappointing……

I’ve tried the Paleo diet many times, unsuccessfully over the past several years. Paleo Plate was exactly what I needed to motivate me and get me excited about this way of eating! Beautifully organized categories, vibrant photos, food shopping lists, and simple ingredients did it for me! This is the only app I’ve ever thought enough about to review. Well done, Paleo Plate!

None of these recipes have the nutritional values. What’s the point?

It’s good. I’m not a big app person. Simple recipes, easy to use.
