Palette - Color Analysis

Never had to write a bad review before, however this is borderline scamming people. Your result is locked behind a paywall, which personally I don’t mind (if the service is worth the pricepoint - spoiler it isn’t). That being said I’ve been trying out the app and It doesnt work. First It sugested clear spring, then cool winter ect. My pictures was taken acordingly to the guidelines and two minutes appart. I’ve tried out the chat as well, which is equally disappointing. On a last note the pricepoint is way to high. A price in that bracket warents that your service at least work.

I can’t do another color analysis anymore and my friend can’t either on her phone. When I took my photo it has an add that says get premium and I can’t go further than that, before I could just click get premium and decline when it asks me to pay to go further but I can’t anymore and it’s a bit frustrating. Please fix this

The app frequently encounters errors and provides inconsistent results with each upload. It’s not worth the cost.

I want my money back. What a ripoff.

I saw this app on TikTok and ended up paying $7.99 to see my results. After trying numerous portraits I ultimately decided the app is a scam, as every single time it says “unexpected error.” Multiple attempts, and I never saw any results with no option for a refund. Save your money. DO NOT pay for this app!

I wouldn’t download this unless you want to pay for this app. I got in just fine but you have to pay to even get the first analysis

why do we have to pay to use the app? maybe after 5 tests would be fine but if u want to make it like that just make it cost money to buy the app

I would rather you just tell me the app costs money upfront instead of waiting until I put my photo in
