Palfish Teacher-English Tutor

Palfish will fine you money for mistakes on their end. They have no loyalty and will cut your wages with no notice. They treat teachers as lesser humans. They sell classes to parents under the guise of having a native English teacher and then they give you a Chinese English teacher. Run away from this company. Do not spend your money here. I want to give zero stars.

They make up new rules and cause disruptions in teachers classes to “fine” them. The company steals the teacher money earned. Many parents feel they have been scammed and are lied to consistently by Palfish staff. They “scam” the parents and the teachers, they should be taken off the App selection to protect the consumers. Sad, they were once a good company.

This app only supports "foreign teachers". They separate "Chinese teachers" from foreign passport holders. They give all the trainings and supports to foreign passport holders. And ignore the Chinese teachers even if you live in a foreign country. They even have a preference feature says "prefer foreigners". All the texts here are highly censored as well! Also I came across perverts couple of time showing their genitals in a video class! GROSS!

This company treats their teachers like absolute garbage. Plus, they gave only a few days notice IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MONTH that they pays were going to be cut by 40%. Absolutely disgusting management!! Literally go almost anywhere else!

This company is terrible. They work you for (now) very little money (since the 40% pay cut this month-July), they fine you when their app freezes and take money you earned for that “complaint” despite it not being your fault. You have to try to recruit your own students, and they treat their teachers like crap. It was an alright gig for a bit.

All teacher’s pay- new and existing - will be lowered with very short notice and the news was being kept very secretive. It was handled in an unethical manner and many teachers, including myself do not want to work for palfish anymore due to this pay decrease and unfair treatment. They recently bragged about receiving millions in investments but now they’re decreasing the Philippines course teachers pay and the OKC pay from 55rmb lowest per class to now 40rmb lowest per class.

Hello I have forgotten my password. In order to recover it Palfish sends a message to the login phone number. My problem is that my number is changed and I can’t receive the message. Is there any other ways to receive recovery message? I don’t want to go through all steps and register my account from the scratch. Please help:)
