Description

PalliArts biedt landelijke en regionale informatie over palliatieve zorg overal op ieder moment. De app biedt ondersteuning aan de (huis)arts en anderen bij het verlenen van palliatieve zorg, zodat deze betere zorg kan geven, afgestemd op de wensen van de patiënt en diens naasten ongeacht waar de patiënt zich bevindt.

De app bevat landelijke informatie:
- samenvattingen richtlijnen palliatieve zorg (bron: Pallialine)
- medicatietabellen
- consultatie palliatieve zorg
- checklists
- voorlichtingsfolders
- handige links
- vrije bedden in hospicevoorzieningen (bron: Palliatieve ZorgZoeker)
- organisaties & kaart (bron: Palliatieve ZorgZoeker/ Verwijsgids Kanker)

De volgende regionale informatie van aangesloten Netwerken Palliatieve Zorg (NPZ) is te raadplegen:
- regionale samenwerkinigs afspraken (RSA)
- regionale checklists
- regionale patiëntenfolders

De zorgverlener kan rechtstreeks telefonisch contact opnemen met instanties, belangrijke informatie doorsturen aan de patiënt en na inloggen favoriete items opslaan voor snelle toegang.

PalliArts is een idee van Netwerk Palliatieve Zorg Zuidoost Brabant (Marije Brüll en Marlie Spijkers) en gefinancierd door VGZ, IKNL en PZNL.
