I downloaded and joined this app but it was not good and helpful to communicate with people. Interface was not easy enough and I felt something inconvenient. (There are always better apps thus I can find alternatives easily.) However, it keeps sending emails after I once logged on. I wanted to change my email preference but I don't remember password. When clicking 'forgot my password', it required me to input 'nickname', which I don't remember either. I had to contact to customer service, and what they told me is 'to create another nickname'. Are you kidding me? When I asked again, they just copied and pasted the same answer as before. Now, I wanted to delete my account, hence told them. They sent a link of FAQs, which I already checked and it also requires to log on!!! I kept saying I can't log on, but they are NOT LISTENING at all. Terrible. In fact, they do not allow to delete any account and instead, they say 'you just can delete all content linked to your account'. I REALLY DO NOT WANT you Paltalk to have my information such as email. You suck!!
I also really do not want to give you any star but I cannot give 0 star. That is the only reason I gave you one star.
They can see ur laptob
They can see ur laptop file and screen open ur cam too this happen daily in the middle east category. They are spam; apple knew that and by this u cant download paltalk in apple desktop or lap top. Peace Admin Geo and Admin Snoppy
Bad voice
The voice gets really distorted when the talking person on mic has set mic on loudest setting. Though on PC it sounds fine. Is there anyway this can get fixed as it has been this way do years but still no fix.
