I hate having to open the app to get my points

I opened the app, made sure I was logged in, tried to use a “get a plate for the price of a bowl” deal and when I scanned at checkout the cashier said it read “used not recognized”. Tried repeatedly and it never worked. Seems like the only purpose of the app is to collect and sell your data, because nothing else in it works.

While it doesn’t have a variety of food what they do, they do well

Great Food Great App

“Panda, Panda, Panda…” That’s all I can say every time I use this app. Got the orange chicken, black-and-white bowl, cashing out like I’m in Atlanta. The app’s got broads in menus—every option I want is right there. Quick pickup? Check. Hot and fresh like the beat. Honestly, if Desiigner ever orders takeout, I bet it’s straight from Panda Express, no cap. If you ain’t using this app, what are you even doing? Panda forever.

The app is very confusing, especially when they say you could have a free drink this month if you spend $15 then you spend $30 and you’re not getting your free drink because she wanted to use some of your rewards towards a small appetizer which I don’t think one has anything to do with the other . Then what good are using your rewards? If then, supposedly special deal you can’t have not very happy

All the other food apps offer at least some sort of a deal to get better prices on food. The Panda Express app offers absolutely nothing. If you go to offers it says something like “nothing now, check back later!” 98% of the time. They may offer you an extra entree on your birthday or something but that’s it.
