It doesn’t show the calendar or explain the bills properly. Also no way of leaving a message for customers service outside of hours of operation. Needs a lot of work

No notification of overdue billing except if you navigate to messages in the panda waste app, no email, text and no notification from the app. Terrible

On one of my first weeks having transferred recently over to your bin collection company, I e mailed you about missing my geen bin collection. Nobody replied.

January is nearly over and the calendar in the app still hasn’t been fixed. Push notifications don’t work. Bins not collected, customer service is useless and incredibly difficult to get a hold of. Tried to give zero stars but it won’t let me. Avoid avoid avoid.

A re install fixes, but only for a few more days. Annoying. Has been this way for years now.

I’m glad to say that appreciate the ease in your service, especially now that I’m using the app, and there is someone to chat with for those incidents when you really don’t know the answer on how to correctly dispose bio hazardous materials.

I am a domestic customer trying to resolve an issue with Panda. So I called them and spent 45 minutes on hold until their system dropped the call!! If you call commercial sales they answer in less than a minute. Panda's priorities are clear, domestic customers can go and hang.

I downloaded the app 4 times and after entering my account number and pin I keep on getting LOGIN FAILED INCORRECT account number or pin. This needs to be changed. Just uninstalled the app.
