I bought the $200 pack of tokens (3000+) the game kept glitching and I would lose my life, powers ups, medallions that I purchased. When I contacted support for 3 weeks they told me they were looking into it and then told me ‘you spent the tokens successfully there’s nothing we can do’. Seriously?? You could have given me tokens it’s not like it’s REAL money but they took my real money and probably glitched my game on purpose to use up my tokens. Scammers!!

I will honestly say that I do not care for the new update on the game. It is more confusing, and a lot harder to navigate. I prefer the old version much better. May be time to delete this game.
Love this game. But we need our energy too fill up a bit faster!! And we need to move more quickly on getting more rooms open , more key drops. Still love this game !! Best game ever!! Restarting didn’t help, reinstalling didn’t help. The game doesn’t load properly, I can’t tap on the “I accept” button, and nothing else responds either. Very frustrating.
J’aime bien ce jeu mais il a un bug ... Quand j’atteins le niveau 13, je n’arrive plus à me connecter au serveur. J’ai effacé et recommencé une partie mais encore une fois, au niveau 13, plus rien 😕 connexion au serveur impossible. Aujourd’hui, mise à jour. Je croyais bien que ça règlerait le problème mais non ! Dommage car ce jeu est captivant mais après avoir recommencé 3 fois jusqu’au niveau 13, je compte pas réessayer.
It's a great game..very challenging...BUT...the cost of coins is too high AND stop putting cobwebs on friends...more players is better.
It’s a great game! Good story with good characters and quests. It is a long game to play to reach the end but I’ve stopped playing it and started it up again a lot of different time whenever I’m in the mood or not in the mood to play it. It’s very intriguing with a lot of different storylines that keep your interest peaked.
Anytime something in a room is acquired, it doesn’t show up in inventory! For example, stars from the ‘constellation’ night rooms... shamrocks... torn pages for room plans... and nets! Not happy!
