If you want to spend thousands of dollars on nothing and getting ignored by their customer service then I highly recommend this app! I lost billions of brain cells just by talking to their customer service staff. They blame everything on you and calls you a liar even though you are the one who didn’t get the package:)

Missed 2 items in my package
I ordered total 7 items in my package. But only 5 items arrived. Be aware!
I’m writing behalf of its service, not the performance of the actual app. It seems like they only have a couple customer service reps for thousands of clients. Every time I want to get a answer for something I have to message them numerous times. Oh and they lie about their shipping plans. I picked the fasted one which arrives 2-4days for extra premium and guess what it took them 7 days to arrive.
Repeatedly log you out
After recent update it loses its login even when you are in the middle of using it.
Not only the app is bad, the whole business is a scam.
This app should be taken off the shelf. False advertisement as being the most professional service provider.
You won’t have a clue how much it’s going to cost you for shipping. online customer service is a joke at best, usually takes more than 24 hours to respond and when they do, their answers are evasive.
