Papa Johns - Pizza Delivery

Making changes to any pizza or menu items is non-functional as it charges for removing items and doesn’t update when adding items. Then when re-attempting with the same pizza it no longer is default it retains the original changes but doesn’t apply them.

Fix your broken error code status on the app John.

Worst system app. You can't cancel the order right away and you can't get a refund right away.

There’s a bug where I have a store closed pop up which can’t be closed/dismissed. There are only 2 buttons, save and continue which is disabled, and select order time, which opens an empty menu where nothing else can be selected. Literally unusable. I’ve closed out of the app completely and it persists.

Are cheesy jalepeno bites coming back? They have gone from the app. Only reason I order from Papa John over competitors, won’t be ordering anything from you again until they are back

Delivery charge now by default. And drivers can’t find the address cos app telling them differently. Notes for drivers are useless since they don’t read it Pizza came cold had to microwave it Brand is destroyed. Will try in one year again

Get to checkout, then the app gets stuck in a loop of “We’ve updated the prices of one or more items in your basket”. Unable to place order using app, this has been going on for months.

Since the October 24 update, the app is bugged and does weird things. It doesn't display amended toppings correctly and shows incorrect prices. Can't trust that the pizzas will be delivered correctly so haven't bothered using it.

Ok so I bought a pizza today from Papa johns cause normally their the best pizza but today my was cold undercooked it was absolutely rubbish I sorry Papa johns I didn’t expect this from you.

Just says order does not meet minimum delivery when it does. Can’t get past that
