SO GLITCHY! Stay away!
My kid loves this game so I’ll give it a star for that, but the app itself is SO glitchy. I have to constantly restart the app for her, delete and redownload it, etc, for it to work 50% of the time. Customer support is non existent. We paid for the full access VIP package and it’s a crapshoot every time we open the app if the features will be accessible. Again, customer support has been useless, they take weeks to respond, if they respond at all. None of my issues have been resolved. Do yourself a favor and don’t let your kid try this app and get sucked in like a sucker like I did.

So when I got it, it was fun and all but… it wont let me play the game! I just want to play the game and it gives you so limited options for the house maker, character creator, etc. It just won’t let me play
