Got quoted £8-12 as a low and high estimate for my 12 min journey. Pre paid using the app. Got to my destination and the guy told me it was now £18. More 50% higher than the high estimate. Tried ringing to complain and it just directs you back to the app. Poor form in these already hard times
I think this app needs removed from store, takes booking but no car is ever assigned so nearly late for wedding!! Phone number is never picked up so maybe this company has gone now 🤷♀️
Having pre arranged a taxi 4hrs in advance - I was then notified 4 mins before departure that my booking was cancelled. Totally unacceptable- what’s the point in having a pre-booked service if no priority is given to those who plan in advance! AVOID (called to complain but offered no alternative solution!)
