I truly love ur app, it's very user-friendly. But the daily limits are kinda disappointing. Only premium users get the full ride. Maybe consider some free features & reserve others for paid users, like QuillBot & Grammarly do, those apps balance well; free features for users low on cash & charged extras for users wanting more. Your current setup seems just for those with lots of $$$, but with a few tweaks, everyone could 😀. Offering some features for free would make the app more satisfying & attract more users. Hope you'll consider my suggestions & start working on them before the next update

Worst AI app ever.
This is the worst AI app ever. It doesn’t help you at all. All it does is take what you input, twist it a little and give it back to you. Do not download, please. I’ve wasted money and time on this. The developers need to take the app down and make a copy of Angry Gran Run. That’s better than this absolute mess of an AI app.

Fix the account creation Bug
Please fix the bug with account creation, the app crashes instantly, those not work, your app still ain’t working, keep crashes at entry, please fix the app, you can’t even create an account, it’s just crashes immediately you enter the app, I don’t know if you even see this review, you guys have been updating the app, but still it crashes, please optimize the app or something

Getting error messages
Suddenly error messages app is going bonkers Locked me out of my account telling me I need to pay ??? I've been a paying client since the beginning. No one will help fix this for 3 days?? When contacting support..
I'm in the middle of writing and blocked it's asking to to pay . First it was saying my writing wasn't formatted?? there was an error in formatting I'm like what ?? Huh ? Had my account two years approximate? Come on.. support where are you ? Please help
Dishonest as the day is long.
Don’t trust their ‘free’ preview because they charge you as soon as you sign up and don’t wait for the preview period to lapse. I cancelled within 2 days because the app didn’t meet my needs. When I got my credit card bill I was surprised to see I was charged the very first day, not after any free trial. I messaged them to dispute the charge and sent screenshots of the charge and received NO RESPONSE. Their auto mated reply said I should receive a response within 3 business days. I patiently waited heard nothing, charge hadn’t been refunded, at the 30 day mark I filed a dispute with my credit card and about 10 days later I finally got a response asking me to withdraw my dispute and offering me a free year. Why would I cancel my dispute? Just refund my money and a dispute would never have been filed.
