Let me start by saying that I absolutely LOVE every Elephant game I’ve ever played. I have no complaints at all regarding the games, although not too long ago I sent an email and got a very rapid reply regarding my not being able to play the games because of the new update. What I forgot to ask in my email to you was if this is going to be a permanent problem or not, regarding the games I’ve already purchased? Will I never be able to play those again? Or is this just a temporary problem with a fix in the near future? I would really appreciate a reply. Thank you for your time. - A dedicated fan.
Second of the games I’ve tried since iOS14 update. Graphics are a mess. Not the game’s fault but this seems to be an issue with all games produced/distributed before iOS14.
Players, here’s a helpful HINT! This game has some touchscreen sensitivity issues. One of them involves the map. If you are having issues teleporting, try the following: don’t keep tapping the location to where you want to go. Just hold your finger or stylus on the location for a couple of moments and the map will take you there. Although I generally enjoy this series, I didn’t love this game. I thought that the storyline, which combined archaeology with mysticism, would be fascinating. Truthfully I found the game on the boring side. There weren’t enough witticisms from our paranormal protagonist, although it was somewhat humorous when he exchanged bodies with Rachel. In addition, the difficulty I had teleporting, as well as the touchscreen sensitivity issues, left me feeling even more frustrated. I liked the general gameplay but did not enjoy the puzzles/mini-games. This game was of average length, but for once felt longer because I was bored by it! I feel that the game was at best average and my rating will remain at 3 stars. UPDATE: Elephant is pricing all games in the Chimera series at a 30% discount for the month of June. Happy gaming!
While I love all the games put out there by Elephant Game Developers, this one was one that left me trying to understand what’s to be desired in this chapter. I’ve followed all your games and with this one there have been some really good ones. But this left me wondering what will come of this so called “Sandman” Paranormal chase. The story was short and really I wasn’t liking the story line. Rick Rogers is a great character and to use him in this story just kind of made him seem like he was not able to solve anything. I’m not sure where this story line is going but I as an Elephant game fanatic am saddened that the money I paid for it wasn’t worth it and waiting 4 weeks for a new game to come out and receive this i will have to think twice before I buy anymore. Also where can I sign up to receive discounts on your games. All the other developers offer discounts if you subscribe to their websites. Hoping for better games from the developers. Love the Anna Grey storyline and all the others but this one left a lot to be desired.
Twice this game has frozen me out. First time was early on so not too disappointing to reload and start over. The second time, though, was well into the game and I resent having to pay full price for a game that I can’t finish playing because actions lock up while background tumbleweeds continue moving. I’d like a refund, but I doubt that BF grants those.
