Twice in the last month I was informed by the api had a package that was in the large package area. Twice there was nothing. Either someone is going in and taking not only their package mine or the delivery people are screwing things up. I would like to get my package!

Love the app but the app is bugged about registration

I haven’t been receiving app notifications when I get a package. I have to open up the app and then I’ll see I have packages

i could speak at length has to how bad this app and the company behind it is. utterly asinine design and no support. i’d love for it to work correctly just once a year.

I’ve never seen anything so friggin stupid in my life. I have to get up from my place and walk over past my front door all the way over to the garage by another building just to get a package that could’ve been left at my door. Some idiot is making money on this deal and as it is no convenience to me.

Customer service is not easy to get ahold of, they suspended my account even after my payment was waived. And apparently packaged wont be delivered until they fix it. Why didn’t they fix this when there’s no issue with my account and now my packages won’t be delivered correctly?

Had one package in a locker for five days and on the fifth day I got charged for not only that but also two other packages that had been delivered in the interim. Stupid and not with the rules but not worth fighting. Wish I could use something else

I received a series of text a 3:06-3:09 AM saying I had an oversized package that would not fit in the locker and was left at the office front door. The messages included two different codes for the same kiosk but there were no packages in the locker or at the office front door. This was clearly a waste of my time.

The app is not working please fix.

The charges are extortionate. App outages all the time white screen.
