Parcel Tracker - Mailroom

We are currently using the app in a hotel and convention center for all inbound packages for hotel guests and attendees to the various conferences on the property. I have worked directly with the team who have been amazing. This app is a lot better than the antiquated one we were using before. It makes tracking and locating packages a lot easier.

Great tool in helping us manage mail and packages. Makes the whole process more efficient and saves us time. They keep adding more features all the time which has been great.

App works as described and is super helpful for parcel management. Saves me a lot of time!

OCR is terrible to be honest. They position as computer vision company but this doesn’t even support the most rudimentary OCR. Huge let down. Wouldn’t recommend.
