It’s not giving me the button to leave

The lift was out of order the entire time which made life very difficult as I had a handicapped person with me and wheelchair and a lot of luggage…These things happen I know, but it would be considerate to flag it on the booking process : “no handicap access”. Otherwise this is my preferred carpark but it’s not cheap…

Amazing parking app which facilitates parking in major European cities! Brilliant customer service team and services. Cheap parking for tourists and locals!

Just to improve a little better the customare care but it is worth 5 stars

So I booked a car parking space using this application for 4 days in Barcelona - the price was €56 by far the cheapest price for this particular secure car park! The app is easy to use - you can review the car park booking in the summary of your account. Very easy to navigate - and your booking reference is easily laid out as with the car park entry and leave times. It also gives you directions to the car park using google maps! This is extremely helpful! The app also shows a map of where the car parking spaces are located - so you can see if it is near a point of interest. The only things I would add as a developer is perhaps an e-ticket that can be added to Apple Wallet. Overall a very good app! This is not a paid review. I am very satisfied thanks!

I use parclick on my computer every week and it's being great. I just downloaded the app and will start using it.

Fui a una reserva y no me dejaron entrar. Tanto Parclick como el parking se pasan la pelota. Y yo pague un servicio que nadie me dio. Lamentable.

Tienen una atención al cliente muy buena. He tenido una incidencia y Stefania via mail me lo ha solucionado rapidamente. Muy contento y agradecido.

Es el peor parking que he visto en mi vida, muy pequeño con pocas plazas y aunque teníamos una reserva ya hecha desde hacía una semana cuando llegamos nos encontramos con lo peor!! No había ningún sitio para los que teníamos reservado el parking y pagado desde hacía una semana. Eso si… para cobrar han sido los primeros eh.. pero estando allí llamamos al número de emergencia que ponía en la aplicación para decirles que no teníamos sitio en donde aparcar estando pagado y reservado el parking y la muchacha que me respondió el teléfono termino colgando y no dándonos una solución. No le importo para nada no nos ayudaron y mucho menos se preocuparon del caso. Unas columnas muy grandes por dentro del parking que lo más probable es que se rayen o se golpeen los coches. No volveré un desastre.
