I am in Cancun and I tried to sign in with my apple account, unfortunately it requires phone number and it doesn’t work with my USA number. Now I’m stuck in the parking lot waiting for my husband exchange dollars to pesos so we can pay it.

I attempted to link the app to my phone number that was not a Mexican phone number and it would not work. Luckily a patron walked up and was willing to let me use their phone number to receive an authentication code. Horrible oversight on the app developers part.

With over one million Americans living in Mexico. And thousands of Americans living in Rosarito Mexico. The inconvenience of having to waste my time to pay 6 pesos when shopping. Do you think you can fix this app so a USA Cell phone number will work. The line at the parking machine is long all the time.
