Have been using it for months. When I decide to “block” the apps on my child’s phone, it took ages for it to be activated. When I allow my child to start using his phone, it took ages for the app to response. Unless you have strong data connection, this apps is not good to use at all.
After the free trial, you will be unable to access all functions of the app unless you pay for it. This means that if u used the app to set auto lock timings on your kid’s iPad, you can’t amend it any more nor unlock it. Frustrating and I had to factory reset my kid’s iPad to remove the auto lock functions I had set using the app.
App purchased but not function at all. Had send an email to fb wondershare global customer support also. It’s very frustrating and disappointed. Please assist asap.
Chance upon this app that is greatly recommended online. Rank higher than Qustodio. Took the chance try it out. Upon connecting my kids account to mine, realise that to set app limits for iPhone, it needs profile installation on iphone by connecting to the PC. Did that profile installation by connecting the iPhone via PC. Next, when it restarts the iPhone, it prompted the “Start Up” mode that request user to connect to the WIFi and proceed to install FamiSafe profile onto the iPhone. During installation, it prompted “Profile installation failed. The profile “com.FamiSafe.profile” must be installed interactively.” The phone kinda limits the user from accessing further beyond this error message. The phone cannot be used any further. Have to perform iPhone recovery and all data are wiped out. To those that still insist on using this parental control app for iPhones, suggest to perform a backup on your kids iPhone before installing this app. If you ask me, this app is really less than adequate and needs more things to be done to enhance its feature. Kinda dumb though.
Hi all good except why can’t I limit screen time from the parent app?
FamiSafe helps me regulate the type of apps my kids are allowed to access and download
Very lag in Kids request for more time. . After I grant more tome it also very lag for the time to be extended. Good in terms of able to control by apps .
Famisafe Apps is work but it always disconnect, if the kid devise was not in use (is not off or low battery, its just my kid never use/browse). I’m using the apps for 2 weeks now. I need to uninstall the Famisafe apps and re-install again before it will connect. The accessibility permission is always auto off? by right it should not. Hoping is issue will be fix soon…
I can’t even click into the functions page and all I can see is the location only, the rest of the features like web history etc all can’t even see, when I click in, it will just throw me out of the whole app.
