Poor description when purchasing, not working with Samsung phone of my daughter so I have spent 50$ in nothing, DONT BUY

Kids360 is the first parental control app that kids love. Easily manage your child's time on the phone and instill healthy habits through educational tasks. By completing tasks, your child earns time for games and learns to manage it wisely. Install the Kids360 app on your phone and the Alli360 app on your child's phone.
Control features that take care of your child's personal boundaries:
Phone time limit - set a limit on the time your child can spend on the phone.
App blocking - completely restrict access to unwanted apps if your child spends too much time on the phone.
Daily schedules - select the time when games on your child's phone will be blocked - for example, during nap time or lessons.
GPS geolocation – check your child’s location on the map in real time and always know where they are.
Safe Internet – view browser history and YouTube views. Block dangerous sites and 18+ content on your child’s phone.
Educational tasks – logical exercises, math problems and other educational games that help your child develop and get extra time on the phone.
Physical exercises – artificial intelligence recognizes movements through the camera and records how many repetitions your child has done. Perform 10 squats or jumps – automatically get 10 minutes to play!
Loud signal – send a loud call to your child’s phone, even if the child’s phone is on silent mode.
The application cannot be installed secretly. Use is permitted only with the consent of the child. Personal data is stored in strict accordance with the law and GDPR policy.

Buggy and unusable
Damned thing doesn’t work in the slightest. Keeps just completely blocking all apps in child’s phone and not unblocking them, just use google family link.

В приложении не работает одна из ведущий функций - отслеживание местоположения. Чат в приложении - бесполезная трата времени. Отвечают «специалисты» с интервалами от 40 минут до 1,5 часов. Дельных советов нет. Рекомендуют всё то, что и так прописано в памятке самого приложения.
Не возможно отменить подписку
Не возможно отменить подписку после пробного дня. Списали деньги за год за бестолковое приложение

Вы думаете дети из 21 века не взломают приложение ва 2 платно в 3 дети будут закрытыми в себе а если друзья далеко живут дети захотят по опщатся они не будут говорить Свами такшто 1 звезда
Просто жесть
Не работает. Писали школьники на коленке!!! Есть лимит 5 часов, у ребенка при этом показывает ноль. И обновляла приложение, и принимала задание - бесполезно. Кроме того, при переключении между опциями снизу экрана (статистика, история, задания и проч) в какой-то момент просто перестает реагировать на нажатия, приходится закрывать и открывать снова. Еще зависает при открытии. Стартовая картинка и все. Решила удалить профиль ребенка - не получается . Нет кнопки удалить, как показано в разделе помощь. Вернее, она есть, но снизу не написано, что это «удалить» и при нажатии на нее, а потом «готово» ничего не удаляется!

Ужасное приложение. Лимиты не работают. Выставил 40 минут 1 ребенок 2 часа без проблем играет. Приложение это фиксирует но не блокирует. Чтоб в поддержку написать надо тупого бота 10 раз пройти. Не стоит своих денег
Ужасное приложение!!!!
Даже после отмены подписки спустя несколько месяце, после удаления, списывают деньги!!!! За что???? Оператор отвечает спустя часа три, а после ещё трех часов диалог закрывают. Приходится писать в чат снова! История повторяется до бесконечности
Отвратительное приложение
16.12.24 скачали, оплатили приложение сейчас 29.12.24 приложение ни дня не отработало как этого требуется. Блок на удаление приложения ребенком не работает, сын его спокойно удаляет, восстанавливали уже раз 5-6, каждый раз нужно восстанавливать подписку, т.к. она сама не подгружается. Приложение висит, не обновляет информацию, не может подключиться к телефону ребенка, по итогу у ребенка есть доступ во все приложения и т.д. В тех поддержке проблему не решают, деньги не возвращают за нерабочее приложение, не признают проблемы с приложением, каждый раз просят новые скрины, будто это что-то изменит, по итогу просто динамят. Чат с тех поддержкой закрывают через 3 часа, отвечают очень долго, я живу в другом часовом поясе, тех поддержка отвечает мне на запрос ночью, хотя оформила его еще утром или днем, соответственно ночью ответить им не могу, они закрывают чат и приходится каждый раз заново открывать чат на исправление ошибки. Это просто дичь какая-то.
