I can not stress how awful this app is. Constantly glitches messages don’t come through. It unsubscribes you then you can’t find the school when you try and log back in. I thought it was my phone got a new one and it was even worse. This is for sharing information from school and is soo stressful as it just doesn’t work. If you are a school please don’t get this app it brings nothing but stresss
App has a server error since last update so is now totally unusable. Unable to open any messages due to error. Needs fixing!
It is slow, and clunky. Regularly forgets what school I’m connecting to and has terrible UX. It might serve the school’s needs, but doesn’t live up to what’s needed for parents.
Always show multiple notifications but only 1 actual notification. Otherwise it works.
Logs you out every 2 minutes. For some reason key chain doesn’t save the password like other apps do.
Only persisting with this app as my kid’s school makes a lot of use of it. I could live with it showing multiple notifications for 1 item if it didn’t then show an error when I try to open the app. Doesn’t show my account a lot of the time, can’t find any schools….all the same bugs people were highlighting almost 6 months ago! Deleting and reinstalling sometimes fixes the issue, sometimes doesn’t.
Deeply frustrating that it keeps signing me out and doesn’t remember my login details. It also bothers me that messages I’ve read keep coming back as unread. Such a buggy app.
Either will not login, will not find the school or if on the off chance you manage to access you cannot pay nor open any of the correspondence. Completely pointless
Hasn’t really ever worked without bugs but since a few days I can’t even open the app anymore because it crashes.
My teacher has told me to do my lunches online and when I do it it shows that I have booked my lunches but when I go to school my teacher says I haven’t booked my lunch So please fix the app.
