Great idea, has some kinks to work out AND CANCEL TRIAL BEFORE DAY 3
App was a little glitchy in the short window of the trial but the customer service has been phenomenal. I wish I was able to give more of a review on the actual app but seeing as though I have contacted Apple regarding a refund due to not being able to cancel my trial on the 3rd day, I was not able to use it extensively in the time period allotted for the trial. While using it I was logged out multiple times when I went to a certain menu and I was bombarded with “please submit a review” pop ups within 5 mins of downloading it. So, my rating would be much lower were it not for Rene. She was empathetic and communicative regarding my issues and reached out again to verify I was able to cancel the next day (day 4). I do not want to use it if Apple does refund my fee because I do believe the people responsible for this app should be compensated for their hard work and when I am going to Paris later this year I will subscribe and use it in more depth. Hopefully I will be able to update my review then. Thank you Rene for your compassion and making me feel heard!
