Poor support and consistency
As a downtown business owner it’s beyond frustrating how often the app does not work. Seriously terrible

They ticket you even when you pay ! Out to just get money

Awesome… when it works…
Super useful and convenient, if you can get it to log into your account. The work-around is to uninstall and then reinstall the app. Log in will work after fresh install, which is weird. It’s inconvenient to have to do this every time I use the app.
Flat out HORRENDOUS. Worst app I have EVER used
No point in changing your vehicles, it’s sticking with whatever you put in there first. I’ve gotten 5 tickets for a car that I no longer have listed in my vehicles. This app is a joke. I would rather put meters in a quarter. UPDATE: now it has quit saving your payments details, so EVERY single morning I have to Re enter my payment details. I am about to start paying the $300 a month to park in the other lot because I end up getting hundreds worth of tickets with this anyway while also wasting several hours a month screwing with the app
Crashes
Does not always retain card info. You should not have to pay to park in Pensacola.
