I rarely rate apps. In this case, it's unfortunately the typical 0-star rating. If I have to fear a penalty fee when an app doesn't work, this is justified. The authorization of various credit cards fails. There are no more parking meters on site. This is not how digitalization should work. You might want to take a look at your competitors.
This app seems to be just a website put into an app. This could be done much better. Some examples: - I have to accept cookies (multiple times!!!) - I have to type my name and license plate every time, it does not remember - content seems to be incomplete - I did not find my parking spot in Asbyrgi
Email bei der Anmeldung landet im Spam Ordner, wird als gefährlich eingestuft. Das hinterlegen der Kreditkarte wird von 3D Secure abgelehnt, die Karte wurde aus Sicherheitsgründen kurzerhand gesperrt. Schön, so konnte man sich die Parkgebühren sparen, aber seriös wirkt das definitiv nicht!
App geladen, Kreditkarte egal ob Amex oder Mastercard nicht möglich zu bezahlen, Amex kommt die Fehlermeldung (Karten Check nicht erfolgreich) bei der Mastercard kommt die Fehlermeldung (Karten nicht Autorisiert). Andere App zum Parken gibt es nicht, deshalb am liebsten 0 Sterne. Wenn ein Strafzettel kommt, dann wird der Anwalt eingeschaltet und er soll es klären, wir sind ja zahlungswillig aber wenn es nicht funktioniert, keine Chance und Island ist teuer.
Nachdem wir auf dem Parkplatz vor Ort schon 2 mal nicht bezahlen konnten hab ich doch die App ausprobiert. Hat sehr gut geklappt. Auch die Lokalisierung mit Angabe des besuchten Parkplatzes hat funktioniert.
I wanted to pay for parking. I tried it several times, but the app is not accepting my visa card. Since there are no other payment options, I can’t pay. The app does not work. Furthermore, you need internet to pay, but as a tourist it is not possible to have internet everywhere.
Does not accept any credit card deposit. Instantly shows the error message once the VISA 3D Secure verification shows up.
Didn‘ accept any (!) of my credit cards. Wasted 10 minutes of my life time. Crap!
No master, no visa, nothing… and now? No POI? F.OFF
The most horrible onboarding process I ever done. I only want to pay for parking. Why‘s there no Apple Pay option? Why must I onboard my credit card again? Why must I select a parking lot from a list (horizontal scrolling 🤦♂️) Why not using GPS to offer me a preselecting? This app looks like it was designed by a monopolist who doesn't care about the customer experience since they have to use it anyway. Very rude.
