Parkdean Resorts – Order & Pay

Convenience store opening times not convenient for site needs and boaters had no staff available for 20mins and since the shop wasn’t open still haven’t had a drink this morning

App great to use but only if you have great WiFi or 4g, at this resort the WiFi is super slow so doing anything on the app is real slow, and due to its location the 4g is poor inside the entertainment

Lovely bar staff and responded to orders quickly excellent fast service x

The chairs in the show dome are appalling ,shabby and dirty ,too close together can barely get into seats and we are slim ladies .nice welcome at the door. A bottle of wine costing over £22 served in a plastic jug with straight plastic glasses really isn’t appealing . A nice welcome from the door staff

The app currently doesn't allow ordering or have any prices. You can see menu choices but that's about it.

Waited 20 mins so far for a drinks order still no sign

Offer on pizza but couldn’t add to order, not impressed!!!

No wifi and terrible phone reception preventing using your network in the caravan is prehistoric for this day and age. Ruins what would be an ok holiday otherwise. The kids cannot believe this can happen in such a blatantly commercial place.
