Good idea, terrible user experience
How to ruin a good idea with poor execution. Instead of being able to pay immediately by scanning the QR code on the ticket for a one time user I need to create an account, download an app, connect payment means. It took me 10x more time than using the machine they are supposed to replace. I should be able to Apple Pay by scanning the QR code and get to a webpage with Apple Pay. Everything else is inefficiencies
