Possibly one of the worst apps I’ve had the misfortune to use. Constantly crashes. Doesn’t recognise valid car registration numbers. Not fit for purpose. An absolute nightmare.

I downloaded this app and put in my details. I immediately got a text from my bank to verify, and I sent ‘yes’ to verify - then saw that €49 had been taken. I rang my bank immediately, and apparently this app had been hacked, and the €49 was for an escort! Luckily I spotted it immediately, and my bank stopped the payment. Don’t use this app!

This is the worst app know to man

First time to register, app says my car is registered to a different account? After a reply from email I was told the other account is our toll account! Surely they can allow more than one user! More than one driver of our car! I’ve deleted the app because it’s crap!

The app is very difficult to navigate and extremely frustrating. Very poorly designed. Also lacks an lot of basic features like auto filling your card details etc.

The Apple pay function on the app does not work leaving you the only option to add credit to an account (minimum €10). The secure payment website redirected to a fraudulent site mimicking the original. Illegal charges where placed on my card. Be Careful

Hard to believe that this rubbish app is allowed in such a critical setting as a hospital in which people need help and not the hassle of an app that doesn’t work. The hospital are just as responsible for engaging such a bad app. No choice but to keep searching for change. Insane.

Forget to comply with their password rules when standing in the dark trying to register? You’re dumped back to the start page where you get to re-type all your details. Picking your parking location so you can pay them €3.30 to park? You get to look at an ad too so they can make a few additional micro-cents from a paying customer.

Can’t register due to multiple errors. It’s telling me my car is already registered but I’ve only downloaded the app. Point is that it’s a pretty basic functionality to add and remove a car.

This App is brilliant.
