Got a ticket 3 minutes after paying my parking
The app worked once but the second time, I parked for half an hour, paid the fee, went see something and came back to the car. The guy giving ticket was issuing down the street, he had given me a ticket 3 minutes after I paid. I asked him to remove the ticket, he said he couldn’t, that I needed to dispute it. He was not seeing the payment on his machine…. And now, I’ve been trying to dispute for a month and a half and the website is not working better than this app…

Paid for parking and still for a ticket. Can’t download receipt on the app
Absolutely useless
Take your money and you get no service in return. App is terribly designed and none of its features work! Why was this chosen as the only way to pay for parking in one of the premiere cities in the world?!
AVOID!
Super glitchy! Had to input vehicle information numerous times. As a tourist, this is very unreliable especially since this is the only means to pay for parking.
Buyer beware
Where do I begin:
- Under no circumstances will they refund you
- The app doesn’t know what zones are prohibited to park in
- The app asks for your vehicle type but doesn’t enforce it if the zone is reserved for commercial vehicles only
- The “parked at this location” feature doesn’t work and led me 10 blocks away from my car
- Customer service is crap and very rude
- UX sucks and is misleading
- It’s the only way for visitors to pay for parking!

Helps you to get a parking ticket
Glitchy and hard to use.
Got an error message when trying to extend my parking session. This app threw an error which resulted in offline parking ticket. Disputing a ticket did not help.

App crash
App continuously crashes. Also as soon as I have the app a 1 star review me account was blocked by the app. It stated an email would be sent to reinstate the account by the email never arrived . Poor work
Constantly logs out frequently
Can barely use the app and I know I’m not the only one who get signed out before you complete payment for parking . Not fun having to repeat this 2-3 times before it’s successful. Been the same since the app came out. Who is responsible for it ????
Don’t trust this app
This was app was offered at our parking spot in New York City. We downloaded it, spent time uploading all of our information, used their location services to pick the site, paid for two hours got a ticket for -not displaying Fare- anyway in 1 hour. When you contact the app, they’ll say they have nothing to do with municipal parking and you need to go through process of disputing your ticket. Has been a 3 week nightmare of broken other sites and processes to dispute.
