Useless app
Says no zones around me exist. Can’t use location to find a zone. Can’t type the zone in. I’m sure I’ll get a parking ticket because this app is designed this way. Utterly useless.

Doesn’t work
I have tried over and over to use this app and payment is always declined, it’s just impossible to use.
Can’t see what you are typing
Not from Utah. Stayed downtown at little America on business. Salt lake is beautiful. This app is absolutely garbage. Complicated, clunky, can’t see what you are typing because of the garbage format. You can do better Utah. Use gps. If I scan a barcode to park I shouldn’t be on my phone for 15 minutes to park. Streamline this garbage slide!!!!!!!!!!!
Don't believe the 4 stars - old reviews
Practically all of the reviews in the past two years are one star. Keep that in mind when choosing to use this app.
Cannot see what I’m typing
Interface is broken. Have to guess what I’m typing is correct as the input field is hidden by the keyboard. iphone 12pro max, ios 17.0.3
Just took my payment and removed amount for payment
So the app took my payment and the stall I paid for and it doesn’t show in my app. Funny I can’t contact anyone for help and so I’m at the mercy of parking enforcement and spent time proving I paid for the parking. My history shows that your app took my payment but nothing shows up in my app that the stall I paid for is paid.
App doesn’t work.
App use to work, however does not work anymore. Frustrating to use.
Unable to pay
Not sure what happened, I used to think that this app worked decently well. Today I tried adding a new payment and nothing would go through, tried multiple payment types and everything failed. Ended up having to leave in the middle of dinner to finally use a machine outside
Hard to download and wouldn’t connect
This app was hard to download and it wouldn’t connect. It kept saying error so I wasn’t able to use parking so I had to go out and move my car while people were waiting for me at the restaurant. It was annoying and frustrating.
Un-american
How can they force you to pay for an hour at 2$ and pay fees and pay a minimum 10$ to fund. The 38$ parking ticket is exorbitant. This is what happens when the city sells out to private interest. Better for a corporation at the expense of 🇺🇸 us all.
