Downloaded the app, in order not to pay the service charge, but still have to pay the service charge anyway. Swindle!

So, parking at Zell promenade and wanted the long term stay. When I try to pay it just flags an error. Customer services unable to help. I suspect the problem was that three hours is the maximum stay but then why offer the long term stay. Nearly missed the boat trip due to messing about with this. 0.5 km further down the river is free long term parking. Save yourself the stress and park there.

Great layout and service points highly recommended

Tourist from UK. Parked in Germany with this App. Registered credit card. One month later received email invoice. Had to make International Bank Transfer to pay. Only option! Why like hundreds of other payment apps can’t I pay with registered card? All made more complicated to fool customer to thinking they have paid and then hitting them with penalties when deadlines missed. They know this so avoid if possible.

Det var inte möjligt att parkera utan att uppgradera till ’plus’ för extra 4:- till parkeringspriset på 20:- Detta är en prishöjning med 20%. Jag hade inte tid eller möjlighet att hitta alternativ parkering eftersom det var på sjukhusparkeringen och jag hade en tid att passa på sjukhuset. Vet Konsumentverket om att det är så ni pressar era kunder på extra pengar? Annars talar jag gärna om det för dem.

Super convenient

Won’t accept payment from UK cards, but accepted a booking anyway. Ended up paying in cash locally, then being chased for a 6 euro payment by their credit team. Cost me more to wire the money to shut them up than the bill itself. Utterly useless.

Will not let me register with foreign credit cards.
