App vs service

Improvement on app needed on

App gets 3 stars due to glitch issues. Only able to get connected to the provider once I clicked “Home” button and then “my visits.” Most patients would probably continue waiting and never be seen; this needs fixed by Parkview on Demand app developers. Service gets 5 stars as it was straightforward and helped with my issue. As a community nurse this is a great service, but kinks need worked out to make sure no one gets missed.

Amazing experience

I had a horrible toothache, knowing I needed a root canal and can’t get in to get it done until the end of April. The walk in clinic was closing and I didn’t want to go to the er I used the parkview on demand. It took 15 minutes to have the Dr. call me and within 45 min I was picking up my antibiotics from the pharmacy. It is truly a valued service, especially when I work crazy hours and not able to make the walk in clinic hours. Thank you parkview for another amazing experience

Great experience

Using the Parkview on demand app was so easy. Making an account was quick and simple. Needed to get treatment for a sore throat and cough that was not getting better. I logged on and within a minute or two I was hooked up with a provider. It was so simple and quick. My illness was discussed and instructions were detailed. Scripts were sent to the pharmacy. I was even told what to do if I got worse or symptoms didn’t improve. The best part was I didn’t have to leave work to be seen or sit in an office for hours. Highly recommend this service for the value, service and time savings.

Easy and fast

Saves the time from sitting in an ER or Urgent Care. Doctor uses Video chat so they can see what is going on, will give you care instructions and prescribe meds. Way of the future.

Total rip-off. Save your money.

I am writing this review after having been charged $50 for a visit that lasted two min where I mentioned I was needing refills on my extremely commonly prescribed anxiety medications and advised what they were. Then was advised by the doctor that they can’t fill those meds or sub anything similar. . It’s been several days now and no one has called me back or emailed. I patiently waited on hold for around 10 min for a mgr that day and was told none were available to get me off the phone. Save your money, they have zero ways to warn you before they charge your card if they won’t be able to help you and then good luck on getting anywhere with them after you’ve been billed. If anyone is wondering, I didn’t even go full peak Karen on the operator, not even close. I was upset bc of course but didn’t take anything out on her.

Great

Affordable and convenient. Felt like such crap I couldn’t leave the house. This made it easy to be seen and get prescribed medication straight to my pharmacy all while sitting in my home.

The app doesn’t work.

Doctor on demand is a much better app. This app does not work. I have turned my lock screen off and left phone on and plugged in for 6 hours or more several times and never had a doctor come through. Twice shortly after starting appointment a message popped up that the app was sorry I couldn’t make the appointment. Both times while I am watching the screen.

WHAT A JOKE

jajebshs on

I actually thought that this would be beneficial for someone that isn’t ill enough to take a chance catching something at a doctor’s office. I have a sinus infection. Simple as that. I’ve connected 3 different times and sat for over an hour or more on each occasion. I’ll just go back to the motto, if it seems to good to be true ,then it probably is. This was a waste of time
