App doesn’t work, can’t pay for parking

Couldn’t pay for parking using this app and had to risk getting a ticket. App would freeze when selecting Apple Pay to pay with my iPhone. Deleted and reinstalled app to no avail. No one answered when calling the support line and no way to leave a message. Also tried paying using the web interface and got an “wallet error” when trying to enter my credit card. Very frustrating and time consuming, not sure how I’m going to pay for parking, and I definitely don’t have the time to mess with all this while trying to be on time to my appointment! And I might get a parking ticket on top of it!

It would be great if it would actually process payments

Suddenly stopped processing payments; now it’s useless

App doesn’t work

This app has abruptly stopped working. It doesn’t accept Apple Pay and won’t let you pass that point.

Took my $10, now doesn’t work

Downloaded app months ago, parked once & app charged my credit card $10 of which $1.20, was used for that episode of parking. Probably would have used cash if I realized they’d take $10. Now app loads asking for zone number. Tap numbers on keyboard for zone & nothing happens. App appears frozen. Reloading it doesn’t help. They have $8.80 which I want back. Don’t tell me City of White Plains can’t get this fixed. I’m not the only one complaining recently. Sort reviews by most recent & check it out.

IOS 17.1 upgrade makes the app hang

Please make it work with iOS 17.1

Easy to use great customer service

No more tickets - the app is great. The customer service is excellent

Apple Pay

It’s 2023, include Apple Pay already. No I’m not adding money to a “pre-funded wallet” on your parking app.

Hacked

This app wouldn’t let me use my American Express, instead forcing me to use a Visa I rarely use. The same day I park using this app and card, this same card is used to buy Walmart products on Instacart to a city I don’t live in. Seems like security is not all it’s cracked up to be.

Can’t connect

Keep getting network error

No ApplePay, can’t add credit card

Useless! No Apple Pay. Won’t add credit card. Says network error!
