Description

Parrity is a Web Browser for Apple Watch.

It utilizes your paired iPhone to render rich web content and stream it to your watch where you can either interact with it live, or keep it cached for later.

Features:

- A familiar, fully operable, minified Web Browser UI.
- Visit sites directly using via Siri or Scribble, with a convenient url-composing UI.
- Share sites from Safari (enabled within the Share panel's "More" section).
- Search the Web, with support for a dozen popular engines, including google, duckduckgo, wikipedia, amazon, imdb, and more.
- Page caching allows you to toggle back and forth through pages you've yet to close at any time, regardless of whether or not your phone is in range. (Load several pages in advance! Keep them open forever!)
- Basic history management provides a list of all pages visited, which, yes, you can certainly clear at any time.
- Tap-based Interaction for clicking links or triggering events.
- Pre-load pages on your Phone and push them to your Watch. (Useful for signing in, etc)
- A Watch Face Complication, for quick high-level access.

Quirks:

- The iPhone app must be launched at least once after installing to prevent all white pages from consistently appearing. (Remember to accept the EULA while you're there!)
- Can sometimes be confused by multiple redirects.
- Does not play well with unconventionally lazy-loaded content. (eg: no twitter :( ...)
- Non-hyperlink taps may sometimes fail to trigger an expected action.
- May require additional resnaps to get the true state of a page you are trying to interact with, as load times vary, and javascript is sometimes used to relayout the screen post-load.
- No horizontal or nested scrolling.
- No textfield input.

Not playing radios in Apple Watch SE

Thanks for the app. But not playing online web radios in iwatch. https://liveradios.in. The pages are opening but when we click play button it’s not playing. Kindly fix it.

Good but needs improvement

But better to need improvement as support for websites standalone similar to Samsung internet in Samsung galaxy watch Tizen!! As developer u guys can check from them on how they did!! Like adding bookmarks, supports watching YouTube videos and listening to radio commentary etc!! PLEASE DO THIS IMPROVEMENT IT WOULD BE A GAME CHANGER AS APPLE WATCH DONT HAVE SAFARI

I have watch se and tried many times reinstalling the app in both phone and watch but it still not connecting

Simply Awesome

I just started using this app its superb loved the way you have managed to fit all pages in tiny watch screen as i browsed through all web pages the graphics images and all came very nicely loved it only now the things i felt will make this app more awesome is youtube video playback because i tried many times but it dont play video please give that support to this app also I tried loading facebook but on the login page i was trying to put password but there was no way to put it as the page was stuck on login page only. Felt that this few bugs can get fix in next update as this app is already a top app. I request you please do that in next update. Thankyou
