Signed up with hope it was better than free apps. You can’t see photos, can’t message anyone, then signed up to premium and all photos were still blurred. You can only see people if they decide to share their photo with you. I tried to contact customer services for a refund several times and NO ONE replies!!!! If you’re on an automatic renewal subscription you’re basically screwed and can’t contact them. It’s an absolute scam. Do not waste your money!!!! Update: Oh so you reply to me on here? If your advice of using the correct contact worked I wouldn’t still have a profile. It’s shocking that Apple allow app companies to operate like this. Still I’ve have had zero response to my communication with Parship.

Paid they £8.99 for 7 days lol - thinking it would be so much better than any of the free apps like this to be very disappointed , everything is still hidden and hard to use, only difference is you can message people that don’t message you back - save your money will be deleting after my 7 days is up

Not much activity. Very little support

I was recommended Parship by friends in Scandinavia. I joined in London. You would think there would be a lot of matches - NOT! I cast the net wider to Germany, Ireland and Scandinavia- again nothing special. There are plenty of people but when you review their profiles or have a conversation with them, it is obvious that you have very little in common. One very annoying feature is when people ping you and then terminate contact within 2-3 days. My profile tells them I work for a living and have a life so cannot watch the app 24/7. I thought that was a good thing. Not for this membership. Feels like Tinder or something, where people sit glued to the screen expecting immediate responses. So not for busy people or grown-ups. The app is not intuitive. Given the odd selection I got from the questionnaire, I am keen to update the responses slightly to see if that helps. No chance. So the only option is to to terminate. Elite Singles also has awful reviews. Sigh.

A total waste of £8.99 for a week. Utterly awful usability, seemingly no way to set a search distance or age parameter... and you cannot see a photo until you talk to someone so invariably they know you do not find them attractive when you have to try to find an excuse to break off the chat or you have to just vanish, which is terribly rude. I honestly hate this app.

Not only am I disappointed of the way this app is built, but also am I disappointed of Parship. When I created a Parship profile I was impressed at first, but then figured out quickly that the premium membership is just an utter rip off, especially for what it is. Once you want to cancel your membership they charge you for every contact you had, meaning just someone smiling back at you and then never coming back at you again would be considered a contact. Its expensive, hard to get out of as they will charge you hundreds of euros and it also doesnt get you anywhere. The Parship community is just plain rude and shallow ( speaking as a man ), I am an average dude and definitely not an ugly fellow, but having smiled and written to several women and only 2-3 coming back at me and then just not continuing the conversation most women will just fully ignore you or terminate the contact with you before they have even talked to you or seen your pictures. Parship also doesn’t show someone’s name but instead his job/occupation in massive letters, I mean what the heck? It’s supposed to be a site for finding a date not a job center! This app is literally only aimed at women who want your money and looks, and that’s it. Also the amount of women sitting on their high horse is terribly large in Parship. Sorry to say it this way, but the majority in this app/site is a bunch of slu*s, you will figure this out once you realise after what measures they choose their men and how obsessed most of them seem to be with having their “ freedom “ by meeting other men. Parship is terrible, you are better off just talking to women in the real world, saves you plenty of time & money compared to Parship which definitely isn’t making your search for a partner easier or quicker.

Have to sign up & pay for initial 3 months in 1 go. 14 day guarantee is a joke. They kept 75%. This is world wide, had just 2 ppl from my postcode area which is vast & then someone contacted me from Italy & France now that definitely is long distance.

The app seems so good so far, one thing thou, you have to upgrade to Premium to be able to see everybody's pictures, from what I can remember I think it is £3.99 a month.

This app is a nightmare considering how much you pay for a premium membership with Parship. This is a leading online dating conpany and yet, they can not manage to design a user friendly app that works mostly bug-free. Its a joke! It also seems ridiculous, that you have to have two apps installed (this app and the messenger) to use parship properly. Seriously Parship: wake up, test your apps before launch and consider your user group, please!

Not user friendly. Can't view messages if you are a basic member . Super censorship in sending messages. Nevertheless better than some other sites. Not value for money .
