Need to do something about the app immediately, nothing works, initiating new transactions for non kyc clients takes time, otm registration service is pathetic, most of the times there is an error-network connection lost,

App not responding. Taking too much time to process. Please don’t just focus on promotions do some work on your online portals also. Useless app

After updating the application won’t be able to login as application asking for OTP sent on mobile and email but didn’t received any the same on both

Dear Team, There is no receiving of OTP and due to which not able to login. Kindly add a option in case a distributor is already having login password then he can login with that.
