Simple to use
Excellent content, everything I need at my fingertips. Easy to navigate
Can we have the old search feature back
This app is okay but it seems to of slowed down a lot since the update. I don’t have an issue with finding manuals, the manuals section is great (except for being slower) What its missing is the old search feature; which was perfect. I understand you can search within manual but it’s no where near as good. If you can put the old search style feature on then it would be 5 stars from me.

Found all I needed for my routine jobs. Live Chat were a great help & the 360 degree photos look great
Good for catering but...
Good for catering equipment but I think they need to invest more development into the refrigeration side. More manuals and pictures of the parts
