App won’t load. Will send code, but then won’t let either of us back in - just churns loading data. Have tried many times (delete app, start all over) with no results.

App doesn’t work. Won’t create account.

The app won’t load to sign up. It just spins forever.

My husband and I recently moved to a new area with no connections, so we decided to try this app. But I have tried multiple times to sign up with my phone number and it just sits there loading for ever. I mean after 10 minutes I give up and close the app to try again. Its doing that for my husband too on his phone. This needs to get fixed ASAP. I’ve seen reviews from months ago of the same issue.

Won’t launch or load. Never can’t get this app to work. Support is non responsive!

I was looking forward to trying this. However, as others have commented, it idles forever and never sends a code to set up an account. Great concept. Hopefully one day soon someone will figure out how to make something like this actually work.

I can’t get the app to let me sign up no matter how many times I completely shut down the app and try it again. It just keeps giving me a spinning circle and won’t send me a code for my phone number

The app isn’t working for me. It just keeps idling.

I have tried repeatedly to set up an account including deleting app and re installing as well as updating my phone software then re installing app. I enter my phone number then get the spinning circle and never receive a code. 1 time I actually got so far that it searched for couples in my area but then never loaded even after almost 30 minutes. The time I was able to search in my area, I received a message that said “searching for couples” and “please standby” but that’s all it did in the half an hour I waited for it to attempt completion.
