I couldn’t activate the Passapp as Passcode confirmation “OTP” did not received from PASSAPP cloud , there’s definitely a technical issue showed up & i’ve tried to reach Passapp Team through different contacts but no response.

The reader at my office is not working properly. The customer service said they will send a replacement, the replacement visit has been cancelled for 3-4 times. Cancellation reasons are so unprofessional. And now they say, the visit won’t be before 2 weeks as there is a big project that has all the team busy!!!!!!!! They took full annual payment at the beginning of the year, and customer service throughout the past period is really bad. I need someone from the management to contact me. Can’t reach to any of them.
please fire your software developers and testing team, restructure the management and start over.
