Passerelle Coach

Real time video support

Published by: SupportSquare NV

Description

Passerelle Coach is used for advanced remote support for field engineers by service-desk operators or colleagues. The field engineers can carry smart glasses (or use tablets or other portable devices). Next to bi-directional audio/video and messaging support, the operator can send documents, instructions, take remote on-site pictures, store them for later reference, enrich them with annotations and show them on the device of the field engineer. Such annotations can even be made on the live video stream, resulting in an AR-like experience for the field engineer.
