Terrible lags drops out rediculus tick list fill out sections to then only have to re write it all at the end took over 20 mins to just tick the boxes the last update has made this so laggy it needs sorting terrible to work with ! Signal is shocking on it hit one client to then be chucked out into another This really needs a decent update for a change as it’s been extremely poor not fit for purpose since the start of the year ! Sort it out

Poor app. Runs really slow on iPhone. Types 10 miles after you’ve hit the buttons to type. This needs fixed ASAP! Un install and re install Doesn’t help!

The most recent update has caused the app to lag massively. Spent 25 minutes ticking tasks and writing care notes on a single visit. The nature of the work for which this app is used does not allow for this amount of time to be spent evidencing work and creates massive strain on the working schedule. I have been using WhatsApp to message myself the care notes and then copying and pasting onto the app, but haven’t found a way around the tasks and for the last 5 days my breaks have been used to catch up due to constantly running late.

There have been times when it has taken nearly 5 full minutes alone to check all the boxes for ONE CALL, and then still needing to write a note at the end. It’s such a pain, takes forever and having written paper notes in the houses are so much easier and makes more sense because then you can actually see and read what has been happening with the client for the past few days. My Advice, Care Office Managers, DONT GET THIS FOR YOUR STAFF. Unless the following changes are made. Be able to fill it in offline, as a lot of the time there is no signal in county homes or roads. Get rid of the check list! It takes forever and then at the end we still need to write all we did anyway. Fix the bugs and lagging problem, the amount it lags is unbelievable frustrating, and you will type out a word and it will still be loading a few seconds later.

Despite using the latest iPhone model, the app’s performance is so poor that it takes me ten minutes to write a note, making it a frustrating and inefficient tool after three years of care service. Never have such kind of experience.

I work as a support worker, I’ve had nothing but problems since the last update, typing on its on, sticking, not being able to log out correct, my phone is on the new update. I had a phone call from one of your staff last week where we did a screen sharing, the lady said she would contact my employer but as of yet she hasn’t. There was an update today 29/7/24 which was a bug fixer and the app still isn’t working right. It’s also using most of my battery while using the app and it’s making my phone old while I’m on the app. Please could you try and fix the app as I need this for work. I can’t spend 10 mins in a clients house just filling the app out because it sticking. My phone is also the brand new iPhone 15, maybe the app isn’t compatible with iPhones as it’s not just my phone within the company it’s doing it too .

This app is awful it’s so slow you can hardly even type, done notes and finished visit for it all to completely disappear leaving the visit uncomplete, the most frustrating thing ever makes my job 10x slower because the typing hardly even works with how laggy it is!

Have again updated this ridiculous app and it’s probably slower than ever!!! When tapping to complete tasks and typing out notes it is so slow/behind I can’t see what it is I’m writing!! It takes longer to fill out tasks, write notes etc than the actual visit itself!!

Worst app for Iphone ever works perfect on my LG work phone. Using iphone with it is shocking its so slow and lags all the time, impossible to do your job efficiently using an iphone with this app🙄

The app doesn’t allow me to login and complete the note. I have updated the app, deleted the app, resettled my network and phone multiple times
