Poor customer service
This purchase was actually made by accident, since I saw it, I thought it was a free trial I guess not, when I emailed support I told them it was made by ACCIDENT I was told they don’t do refunds because it says it in the terms and conditions. Then I emailed them again 2 more times one was a reply and then tried again they completely IGNORED ME. I hadn’t had the app for more than a couple hours. They are a rip off I had canceled as soon as I saw the App but nothing from them and it’s been over a week. Total disappointment I don’t recommend. Stick with Netflix and all the usuals this is a waste. I contacted APPLE and they ended up refunding me within 24hrs. Now that is real customer service!
