The idea is great and seems to work well but the app is missing a major feature, the ability to see a dashboard/list of ‘checked in’ people. The checkins can only be seen at user level, which is useless if you want to see how many scans you’ve made or people that are checked in the building. Happy to adjust this review to 5 stars if they update the app with this simple and ridiculous oversight of a missing key feature.
Super easy to use. I just login using my PassKit username and password and I can scan any kind of pass. No integration with my point of sale required. And I can check in members, as well as give them points and redeem coupons. Very simple to use and really helps me give a better experience to my loyalty card holders.
