Bu beyinsizler para kazanmak istemiyor gibi. Bilet almak imkansız. Telefon numarasi degistirilemiyor. Donuyor kasiyor. Bu uygulamayi yapanin cocugu olmaz umarim.

Kombinemi transfer etmek istediğimde TCsini eklediğim kişileri bulamıyor, web sitesine girmek zorunda bırakıyor. Böyle uygulama mı olur ana amacını gerçekleştiremeyen ve kendini geliştirmeyen bir uygulama. Senelik 500 TL almayı biliyorlar ama hizmete gelince evde kimse yok. Yazık.

İğrenç bir uygulama, hata oluşup duruyor hiçbir şekilde giriş yapamıyorum. Sms güvenlik kodu olunması çok saçma, yurt dışında kalan biri olarak kod bana ulaşamaz, nasıl girecem peki maça daha ? Yurt dışında kalanları göz önünde bulundurmuyormusunuz arkadaş ? Umarım tez zamanda bu rezil passolig sistemi kaldırılır.

Awful app to buy football tickets as a foreigner. Bought the membership on the website, you then get told to buy match tickets from the app, you have to sign in with your phone number but you never receive verification code, making it impossible to buy tickets. I’ve filled in a customer complaint form twice with screenshot proof of my purchase, just to be told on both occasions I don’t have an account, even though I’ve paid for it and have a reference number?

This is the most disgraceful app made. Doesn’t work in foreign countries, a ridiculous app which makes millions every season for the season. Hate this app with my whole heart and full of passion!!

Bu kadar kötü bir aplikasyon olamaz rezillik

Terrible app, even worse customer service. I cannot log in, no sms delivered to my phone. I have been calling customer service for 2 months and no solution is deliverd! Terrible!!

This app is designed to test your patience, to frustrate you. The most useless, non-intuitive, unhelpful app ever. It’s impossible to sign in, change your phone number without an sms going to your old number that you no longer have access to. How utterly stupid is that? In this day and age how can rubbish apps like this survive? Update a few days later : managed to speak to customer service a few days after I left the initial bad comment. Went through 3 all very friendly people and my problem was solved. Thank you very much to the very nice ladies at Customer Service
