Does precisely what you are looking for
After following the guidance for a British passport photo I had them in my inbox within about 15mins of completing the form and taking a decent photo! £4.99 is a bargain an they have the option to get a physical copy too but I don’t need it. 5* service!

I wanted to take my own photo and get a digital photo code for my passport. This app was great, very easy to use. The code came through in less than 24 hours.
